in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with a branch office in London. We are an investment advisor focusing on emerging
markets and convertible bond arbitrage. The firm was started by Jonathan Binder and Charles Cassel, two
experienced portfolio managers who had previously grown and managed a $2.2 billion investment management

 Mr. Binder and Mr. Cassel, along with our analysts and traders, have a long and

in this asset class, INTL Consilium is dedicated to constructing portfolios that achieve consistent returns,
low volatility and low correlation to emerging market indices as well as other asset classes. A disciplined

The firm's product offerings were expanded in January of 2006 when INTL Consilium
acquired a convertible arbitrage fund management business based in London. In addition to the diversification
benefits and investment talent associated with the new strategy, the acquisition gave INTL Consilium an important
foothold for expanding our research coverage of investment activities in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
 Our clients include banks, brokerage firms, sophisticated institutional investors
and accredited individual investors. Our product offerings are available to both US and offshore investors.
Since its inception, INTL Consilium, LLC has been a Registered Investment Adviser
with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Our office in London is authorized and regulated by the UK's
